As the weather has been so good this week and wanting to get some fishing in before our visitors start to arrive here at Bletiere I decided to work all morning and fish for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
It had been quiet up until today with only a few single bleeps, then out of the blue this stunning common of 35lb 4oz took off and gave a good scrap.
A very good start to my year’s fishing!
