The diggers out!
We reported a few posts ago about the swim improvement work being done by owner John London at Bletiere. In the last post the mini-digger was stuck in the mud… better news now;
We managed to get our friendly farmer next door to come and pull the mini digger out. As you can see from the photos, it’s still very muddy.

Oh dear… this will require a bit of repair work in the summer!
The only downside to the farmer coming around is that they do not have lawns… so he drove straight down Lesley’s grass at the front of house! So now that’s another job on the list!.
I’ve dug out the front of the swim in front of house and it’s now about 3 feet deep so much better for landing and releasing fish.

Just need to put new chipped bark down now.
